Using the 36XGS website
Published 20 October 2026
These terms cover this public company website and its enquiry tools. They explain what a visitor can do here and which matters need to be settled separately before any IT work begins. The website is an introduction to the company’s business activity; the terms do not replace an agreed service contract.
1. The company and the public website
36XGS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA is identified on the About page with its registration details. The business provides information-technology services to companies. This English-language website presents that activity and a way to prepare an enquiry. The registered address remains in São Paulo, Brazil. Language choice does not establish an overseas office, change the legal identity of the company or determine which laws apply to a later engagement. Contact information appears on the Contact and enquiry pages.
2. Reading the scope of the information
The services page describes the confirmed business activity and considerations for discussing a business technology requirement. It does not provide a software catalogue, certify compatibility with a particular system or establish a list of supported technologies. A visitor should distinguish a general explanation of a subject from a specific commitment by the company. Where a requirement depends on a particular product, integration, resource or delivery arrangement, that point needs explicit discussion before an engagement can be evaluated or agreed.
3. Making a business enquiry
You may use the website to describe the business context of your request and provide a way to contact you. Write an accurate message and avoid presenting yourself as another person or company. You do not need to provide a confidential system export to introduce a requirement. A concise account of the business need, affected process and relevant constraints is more appropriate for an initial conversation. If you are writing on behalf of a company, ensure that you are permitted to share that information.
4. How the contact controls work
The preview control constructs the message on the current page so that you can inspect it. The email control then offers to open a draft in your email application. Review the recipient, subject and contents before sending from that application. These controls do not confirm delivery, create a support ticket or reserve a time for work. An email application may not be configured on every device. You can also copy the displayed address and prepare your own message through the application you ordinarily use.
5. Before there is an engagement
A discussion should establish the business requirement, intended scope, responsibilities and dependencies before either party relies on a plan for work. Information provided in a general enquiry can be incomplete, and a requested outcome may depend on matters outside the proposed scope. Seek clarification rather than assuming a response includes an unstated service. Sending an initial message does not by itself appoint the company, give it access to your systems or authorize activity on behalf of your organization. Agreement requires its own clear terms.
6. Commercial conditions and payment
The website has no checkout, payment form, displayed service price or self-service order process. It does not collect a card number or authorize a transfer. Any price, currency, tax treatment, payment arrangement or delivery schedule for later work must come from the relevant discussion and agreement. Do not infer a free service or a fixed fee from the absence of prices here. A separate quotation or contract should be read as a whole, including any conditions relevant to its acceptance and performance.
7. Responsibilities for a later project
A business technology engagement may involve information, access, decisions or resources from more than one party. The actual responsibilities need to be agreed for the work in question rather than inferred from a diagram on this site. Describe any operational restrictions and approvals relevant to your request. Do not share a third party’s confidential information without authority. The website does not grant access to a live service environment, appoint a project contact or set an incident response process. Such arrangements require separate confirmation.
8. Respecting the site and its content
Use the pages for ordinary business research and enquiries. Do not interfere with their availability, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or use the contact route for deception. Text, visual composition and the explanatory diagram are presented to communicate this company activity. Viewing them does not give you a right to misrepresent the company or imply its endorsement of another service. Names and other materials belonging to third parties retain their own rights. Request permission where a proposed use requires it.
9. Technical availability and reliance
Website access depends on your connection, browser, device and the network and hosting providers. An email application is additionally needed to use a mailto link. A temporary interruption or a draft-opening problem does not establish that a message has been delivered. Where timing matters, obtain confirmation through an appropriate communication channel before making a commitment. General web information should not be the sole basis for changing a production system or sharing sensitive information. These terms do not create an availability guarantee for the site.
10. Documents, rights and questions
The Privacy notice explains the enquiry fields and the distinction between preparing and sending a message. The cancellation page addresses questions about a later engagement, while the information notice explains the explanatory nature of the website material. Read any applicable quotation and contract alongside these pages. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to the website do not silently amend an existing agreement. For questions about the meaning or applicability of a statement, contact the company and identify the page or proposal concerned.
