Cancellation and payment questions
Published 20 October 2026
This page explains where cancellation and payment questions belong in the 36XGS enquiry process. No purchase is completed on this website. If you later enter into an IT service engagement, read its actual commercial conditions and applicable legal rights rather than assuming that a website enquiry sets a refund arrangement.
1. No payment through the enquiry page
Preparing an enquiry does not charge your account, take a deposit or create a subscription. The form asks for contact and business context, not payment credentials. A preview is a draft you can review or discard. There is no payment to reverse merely because that preview has been generated or an email application has opened.
2. Before you accept a proposal
If a later conversation leads to a proposed engagement, consider the scope, price, responsibilities and cancellation arrangements before accepting it. Ask about points that are unclear, particularly where work depends on inputs or approvals from your company. This page does not publish a standard deposit, cancellation fee or universal cooling-off period. The appropriate conditions depend on the transaction and applicable law.
3. If an agreed requirement changes
A change in a business requirement can affect work that has been planned or started. Raise the issue through the contact route agreed for the engagement and identify the relevant proposal or work. Explain what needs to change and which commitments may be affected. Do not assume that sending a cancellation enquiry immediately stops all activity, cancels another supplier’s charge or amends the agreed scope.
4. Asking about a payment already made
When querying an actual payment, identify the contracting party and the relevant engagement, amount and reason for the enquiry. Supply enough context to locate the transaction without sending a complete card number, password or unnecessary bank record through the general website form. If supporting material is needed, first confirm a suitable method for sharing it and the party responsible for reviewing it.
5. How conditions are established
A payment question should be considered against the applicable agreement, the work involved and any mandatory protections. This page does not promise an automatic refund, an internal approval outcome or a particular processing deadline. It also does not turn the absence of an online checkout into a denial of rights relating to an actual engagement. Request clarification of the process and relevant conditions for the case concerned.
6. Communication and related information
The public contact channel is [email protected]. A website email draft still needs to be sent through your application; verify that the recipient and message are correct. Refer to the Terms for the difference between an initial enquiry and an agreement, and to Privacy for information about the contact fields. Keep your own copy of communications that concern a payment or a request to change agreed work.
